Natural Everyday 10 min makeup routine

If you know me then you know I’m typically a “go hard or go home” type of girl when it comes to makeup. I’m either going all out with a cut crease or I go bare face, there is no in between. Ever since quarantine last year I’ve been incorporating more natural makeup looks into my routine. Let’s face it, these times we are currently living in can definitely have you feeling some type of way so in order to feel good I came to a conclusion that I have to look good as well. So, in today’s post, I will be showing you how quick and simple it can be to look put together in just under 10 minutes! Did I mention all the products are drugstore? I will show you that you do not need to break the bank to look and feel your very best.

#1 Primer | | I like to start off with priming my face and for that, I like using my elf putty primer. Like I mentioned before in my MUST HAVE HOLY GRAIL DRUGSTORE MAKEUP PRODUCTS this primer is great to help achieve a flawless look. It really helps with filling in large pores and makes your makeup last all day. Just don’t forget to prep your face before applying any product. The most important part of a flawless makeup application is to have a good skincare routine.

#2 Foundation | | For foundation I have fallen in love with the elf Camo CC cream. For it to be a CC cream it definitely provides more coverage than any other CC creams I have tried. It’s lightweight and gives you the perfect amount of coverage to achieve that natural yet full coverage look.

#3 Concealer | | As for concealer I use the elf 16hr came concealer. Its hydrating, smooth and gives great coverage.

#4 Cream Bronzer | If you’re new at cream contour this is a good start. Blends so seamlessly without it being patchy. Its also very light yet very buildable!

#5 Powder | | To avoid any creasing, I like to apply a light layer of the elf halo glow setting powder. This has a very fine texture with a slightly glowy finish and it blends easily. The lid is really great too, it allows you to turn it to let more or less out into the top. This powder is the perfect finishing product to set makeup without looking flat.

#6 Bronzer | | Next on the list is bronzer. To bring some warmth back into my face, I like going in with my all-time favorite drugstore bronzer which is the physician formula butter bronzer. This is honestly the most perfect color to give you that sun-kissed look. It smells amazing and is very bendable and buildable. Definitely my go-to bronzer!

#7 Blush | | Adding blush to my routine is definitely my favorite part. The one that I’ve been using for many years and is still going strong is the Milani “Luminoso” blush. It definitely gives you that perfect pink flush and it gives you that glow from within look. Blush can go on light, but you have the option to make the intensity that you want.

#8 Brows | | Normally I would do my eyebrows before applying any product on my face but I have been doing this step towards the end because I find that I do them faster that way. The elf cosmetics precise brow is my go-to. It seriously is one of the best products out there. Color is on point; the formula is creamy and forgiving yet pigmented. It is perfect to draw hair-like strokes, but can also fill in. I have tried many other pencils and this one surpasses them all. To make sure they set I go in with the Elf Wow Brow Gel to finish them off.

#9 Mascara & Lashes | | I have very small eyelashes so I prefer to wear false lashes. I do like using mascara to make sure my lashes blend well with the falsies. I use the elf cosmetics mascara and my all-time favorite Ardell lashes in the number 113. They are full enough to give you length, yet look very natural like if they are your own.

#10 Eyeshadow | | When it comes to eyeshadow on days where I want to keep it minimal, I gravitate toward my bronzer and use it as my transition color.

#11 Lips | | For a natural makeup look, I like going in with the NYX suede lip liner in the color London and outlining the outside of my lips. Then I go in with another NYX suede lip liner in the color Danity Daze and fill the rest of my lips. Top it off with the Revlon super lustrous lip gloss and you have yourself a natural lip combo, perfect for an everyday look.

#12 Setting Spray | | To make sure everything is set and locked, I like going in with the Milani Make it Last setting spray. I have dry skin, so I gravitate towards the dewy version but the other one works just as fine. I promise your makeup will last all day with this setting spray!

What works for me might not work for you, but you can always play around with some of the products I mentioned in today’s post and create your own routine.
